For this series I am still trying to perfect the Richard Avedon's style.
His style usually consists of portrait pictures with a minimal
background. Additionally the subject always expresses real emotion
instead of the "say cheese" type of picture.
I really liked the use of different backgrounds in these. The emotions feel very real as well. The only thing I think needed some work is the small spot of light in your last photo.
Overall, nice work. I really like the variety to your shots, especially how you used some different backgrounds. None of your pictures are the say cheese type, except for the one of Richard-you should have used a different, not say cheese picture. Besides that nice job.
Great Pics! this is a great batch where you have different emotions and feelings in each photo. i really like the one of josh. i think that he conveys the strongest emotion. i do think that the one of Richard is too posed. but overall great photos!

Good work max, all your work is very unique and captures a lot of emotion in the models. You also used different varibles such as the background and played around with different ones which is a nice touch.
I really like the expressions that you captured and the variety but also honesty in all of them. The placement and background of them are really good too.
