motion

The goal of this project was to capture motion with a low shutter speed so that it would create shapes and different forms. Through capturing a reflective light with a low shutter speed it creates a whole new image. In one of these images I edited it so that it would look blue. I did this so that it would look more surrealistic. In a couple of the other pictures I painted pictures with a light so that it would create cool pictures.

depth by repetition

This assignment was to take deep pictures by creating repetition going all the way to the back of the picture. The repetition in this picture created more depth by creating a deeper image. There are no colors in most of these images because if there were colors it would take the viewers attention away from the repetition and depth and they would pay more attention to the color. However there is color in one of the images because it makes the different shapes and perspectives of the photo stand out more. The point of this project was to create more depth by repetition.

depth

This assignment, to me was to capture a deep picture that captures the viewers eye. The point of these pictures was to capture a line that starts close and goes all the way to the back of the image.

rule of thirds

This assignment was about capturing an object or a person using the rule of thirds. The idea of the rule of thirds is to imagine a grid and an to place the object so that it takes one third of the grid. While doing all of this the pictures have to be in black and white so that it draws the audiences attention more towards the object and not towards the colors.
